I recently wrapped up an incredible chapter at Softr, where I got to be part of something special. When I started, 300,000 people were using the platform to build apps. Twenty-one months later, that number hit over a million. But honestly, the growth that mattered most wasn't in the metrics - it was watching people discover they could actually build the solutions they'd been dreaming about.
My job was simple in theory but endlessly rewarding in practice: help non-technical folks realize they could create real software. I built certification programs, ran bootcamps, and filmed countless tutorials. Some weeks I'd be teaching live workshops, other weeks producing videos to showcase new features. Every piece of content, every learning path we created was about removing that intimidating barrier between "I wish I could build this" and "I can't believe I built this."
What I learned is that everyone has ideas worth building - they just need the right tools and someone who believes they can do it. That's what drives me: finding new ways to help more people become builders, whether that's through AI, nocode, or whatever comes next. Because once someone realizes they can create their own solutions, everything changes.
I'm a builder and educator who gets genuinely excited about making technology accessible. I've discovered I have this knack for taking complex technical stuff and explaining it in ways that actually click for people. Most of my free time goes to building with AI and exploring new tools - not because I have to, but because I genuinely can't help myself. I've built 20+ projects in the last 6 months just for fun. I also host a weekly podcast because I love this space and want to share what I'm learning.
